The results showed that, on the whole, the resources allocation efficiency of software industry in eastern region is effective; The cross-efficiency of Guangdong software industry is the largest, meaning that the resources input-output ratio of Guangdong software industry achieve the optimal The cross-efficiency of Hebei software industry is minimum, meaning that the resources input-output ratio of Hebei software industry is the worst.
