According to the view of sustainable development and using ldquosystem-target-indexrdquo structure model, this paper puts up with evaluation index system of sustainable development of human resources based on the levels of population structure, the quality of the population and the capacity of governmental management, and then makes a comprehensive evaluation with entropy Method. In the end, an evaluation on sustainable development of Hebei human resources is given.
