This paper firstly discusses the features, implementation conditions and basic operating mechanisms of the ASP model. Then we present the general design model and service mode of the LTL Freight system based on the ASP model. ASP model can not only reduce the cost of enterprise informationization, solve the IT staff shortage problem of LTL Freight enterprises, but also reduce the complexity of deployment, management and upgrading of the application programs. This is of great significance to the Chinese LTL Freight enterprises for their enterprise informationization construction.
