Knowledge sharing, especially tacit knowledge sharing plays a vital role in the formation of corporate competitive advantages. To begin with, this paper analyzes the characteristics of probationary system that contributes to effectively cultivating the successors in the process of tacit knowledge sharing. Then, it explores the main obstacles on practical application of this system in enterprises. Finally, the paper provides some feasible counter measures, which can greatly improve the efficiency of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprises.
