An improved window control scheme is proposed, which focus on stability and efficiency of dynamic high-speed networks in present of feedback. Foreseen problems introduced by such instability are inefficiency due to dramatic oscillation. We analyze the continue-time model of improved fast TCP and the bound of gain parameter is derived which satisfy the stability of system. The results demonstrate that the appropriate control parameter of improved fast TCP is derived based on the stability conditions in this paper, to achieve satisfactory network performance. It is found, by comparison, that the performance of improved scheme is better than that of the original fast TCP.
