We develop a mathematical procedure to simulate and analyze circuits of molecular devices presenting negative differential resistance. This procedure predicts and explains programmability of configurable molecules to perform logical and mathematical tasks. At the nanoscale programmability compensates for the lack of addressability thus our procedure will be used to simulate programmability features of molecular devices.
