Laying a line between unhealthy information and common information is the kernel of information filtering. Since traditional algorithm has several shortages which seriously baffle application to filter bad information. We proposed a new method based on text analysis and color recognition. And the recognition rate of unhealthy information can reach as high as 98.6% in experiment environment by using this new algorithm.
