System-level simulation is gaining popularity. However, the design of current framework oriented simulation environments does not easily support model refinement and multiple model of computation simulation. We are developing a service-oriented architecture (SOA) system simulator, ESys.Net 3, that addresses these lacks but one major milestone in its development is to be able to solve the instantiation problem introduced by the separation of modeling and simulation concerns concept. In this article, we introduce this issue, and we propose an elegant dynamic proxy generator solution, ProGen, to address it allowing us to provide a significant asset for our SOA system-level simulator architecture.
