A new decision-making model based on information entropy weight (IEW) is set up. Firstly, information entropy theory is summarized, a new concept of IEW is proposed, and construction method of IEW is given. Secondly, based on IEW and principal components projection (PCP) method, a novel decision-making model is set up. In the end, the model is to be applied to classified evaluation for land quality, and the simulation results show that the model proposed here is efficient and reasonable.
