To achieve efficient and effective knowledge sharing, there are two barriers to be conquered; (1) Finding the right knowledge resources. (2) Finding the right collaborators to interact with. So an automatic matchmaking system is needed to enhance the efficiency of knowledge sharing in VCs. In this paper, we proposed a system framework for supporting knowledge sharing in VCs from the perspective of cognitive structure and social relationship.
