With the long-term reforming and constructing, the distribution networkpsilas structure in urban area is tending to normative and the circuital load-carryingpsilas ability is enhancing. But it will be limited in the way of ability of power supplement, running of safety and and supervision of the distribution network because of its shortage in the aspect of automation. The thesis based on the simple systematic primary station which be established by pilot project, adopting such mode that power transformation settle and distribution settle are synergetic organically, has successfully realized not only switches on top of columnpsilas tri-remote (remote detecting, remote control, remote signaling) and immediate processing of the distribution netpsila short-circuit malfunction by the way of utilizing distributed carrier communication network, but also economizes human resource and simplify and intensify supervision. The technical proposal and management model adapting to distribution automation system in rural power network are worth of using for reference.
