This paper is devoted to robust stability analysis of linear continuous-time systems with time-delay that are composed of polytopic uncertain subsystems. A new delay-dependent analyzing approach is proposed to reduce the conservativeness in stability analysis for such systems. The stability condition of delay-dependent given in terms of bilinear matrix inequalities (BMI) is developed for the systems based on the Razumikhin stability theorem. Based on the obtained result, we also design the switching rule by the obtained common positive definite matrices.
