In order to solve the existing problems of Modern service Operation Support System (MOSS) in Modern Service industry, such as lacking of intelligent decision-making capability, this paper brings us a group of business intelligent operation modes. Firstly, this paper presents a prediction and clustering operation mode for the enterpri.se users, so as to help the sellers to manage operating status to prevent the employees from decreasing. Secondly, this paper puts forward a general evaluating operation mode, which provides the referenced values for the buyers according to the consumers' preference. Finally, the association operation mode is given, which calculates the association of service components so as to make optimized service process for MOSS administrators.
