Development of a mobile lung field measurement system using the very high sensitivity SQUID fluxmeter based on superconduction technology, which enables the measurement of minute magnetic fields, is described. Previous systems could only be moved by dismantling them, making it difficult to put them in locations with low magnetic noise. This system makes it possible to measure the quantity of dust accumulated in the lung, which cannot be detected by x-rays.
