In order to support multiple types of service with different QoS requirements in heterogeneous wireless networks, efficient resource management, call admission control strategies, and mobility management are important issues. In this paper, we propose Bandwidth Management Strategy 1 (BMS1), Bandwidth Management Strategy 2 (BMS2) and reservation scheme with fuzzy controller for real-time services. Simulation result shows that the proposed methods balance resource utilization outperforms the previous work and traditional CAC by improving the call reject probability (CRP).
