Dipole centers Eu3+-Fi - and O2--Valpha + were investigated as the centers trapping electrons. We investigated the ionic processes (orientation TDP) and the electronic processes induced by the laser excitation of samples at low temperature in the electric field (electronic TDP). It was found that the parameters of electronic and ionic TDP peaks coincided. It was hypothesized that a thermal electron escaped due to the reorientation of the dipole centers.
