In view of the problem of bandwidth constraints In networked control systems (NCSs). This work focuses on reducing the network usage using knowledge of the plant dynamics. A new kind of stochastic communication logic(SCL) based on states of systems Is proposed, the model of NCSs with communication logic is built up. Using the theory of stochastic stability and Poisson Process with time varying density, the mean square asymptotically stability of systems is proved. Finally an example is given to validate the conclusion.
