Investigation of stress-buffer-enhanced package subjected to board-level drop test

In this research, the objective is to develop a stress-buffer-enhanced package subjected to board level drop test under a high-G impact drop; both drop test experiments and ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulations are executed.
