The paper presents a united power system optimal power flow technique with network constraints. A nonlinear programming algorithm is used - the interior point method (IPM). To model a network, a nonlinear model in polar coordinates is applied. Line group (cross section) flow constraints, current load constraints, voltage constraints are taken into account. Complex optimization elements are supplemented, including selecting transformer taps, reactive power supply voltage modules. The technique proposed is illustrated by practical results.
