This paper studies the additive consistency of linguistic 2-tuple judgement matrix and use the additive transitivity to estimate the missing values in an incomplete linguistic 2-tuple judgement matrix. Then, it puts forward a group decision making method with incomplete linguistic 2-tuple judgement matrix and gives an example to illustrate it.
