Low temperature carbon nanowires growth at the microgap by corona discharge assisted thermal CVD

We have shown that we can grow the carbon nanowire between the micro gap by corona discharge assisted Thermal CVD. By using our method, we were able to lower the growth temperature which enables to widen the materials used as the electrodes and the applications.
