The status of the third party logistics as the third party profit headspring is more and more clear, the evaluation and select of the third party logistics service suppliers become a point that the enterprises which need the third party logistics service focus on. This paper firstly analyses the current research situation of the evaluation of the third party logistics service suppliers. On the basis o f the relative literature, the evaluation indicators system is constructed. Then the evaluation model is constructed on the situation that the weights of evaluation indicators are unknown and the detailed steps are introduced. At last, it is proved that the method is feasible and valid by the application with an example.
