Customer satisfaction index has become one of most important measurements of enterprise performance. It is an urgent problem that enterprise is reengineered abased customer satisfaction index. Quality function deployment ("QFD" or House of Quality) can alliance between customer satisfaction index and business process optimization, which is an effective optimization approach. The paper constructs a business process optimization model abased House of Quality. The model is tested by a service enterprise data, showing its validity and rationality.
