Knowledge economy has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to Chinese enterprises. Effective knowledge management and knowledge innovation has become the key to enterprise survival and development in knowledge economy. However, at present the enterprises are lack of effective ways to support knowledge innovation, which results in such a disappointing situation that the employees' work enthusiasm and creativity are diminishing, particularly in the knowledge innovation team with high potential of creativity. In this paper, task oriented team knowledge innovation process is analyzed. Aiming at the team knowledge innovation process, the Web-based Team Knowledge Innovation Support System (TKISS) is proposed. The Key technologies of TKISS are studied. Moreover, this paper realized the prototype of TKISS. At last, TKISS is applied in an actual team knowledge innovation task.
