In this paper, we establish distributed intelligent information push and pull model, give the selections for different push and pull mode, define different kinds of agents and realized the distributed information push and pull in the agent based electronic commerce transaction platform, apply the distributed intelligent information push and pull model to tourism electronic commerce and analyze its significance.
