In this paper we propose a new similarity measure between type-2 fuzzy sets with its property. We also combine the proposed similarity measures with Yang and Shih's algorithm as a clustering method for type-2 fuzzy data. According to different sigma-level, these clustering results consist of a usefully hierarchical tree.
