A two-port wing-shaped antenna has been designed for small mobile devices. The proposed antenna system is composed of two wing-shaped antenna elements with different wing size. The two wing-shaped elements make it possible for a mobile device to cover all current and next mobile services such as GSM 850/900, DCS, PCS, Mobile WiMax (Wibro), and 802.11a/b/n. Moreover, the excellent isolation between the two antenna elements is achieved by designing the wings with opposite current flow. The proposed antenna system has potential for achieving any frequency bands in commercial use.
