In this paper we investigate non-request measuring stations (NRMS) synchronization using trajectory measurements of orbital groups of navigation satellites (NS) GPS and NS GLONASS for the purpose of GLONASS time-ephemerids forming. The information about the disagreement of time-and- frequency parameters of the clock is obtained directly from the navigation signals of CHC.
