eQTL mapping is to find loci on human genome that have demonstrated linkage to or association with the expression of a gene in microarray hybridization experiments. Such identified loci may contain important information on the regulatory factors of the given gene under study. In this talk, I will discuss co-regulation and inter-regulation patterns identified via similar strategies.
