The necessity of formalized modeling for Web-based collaborative e-business negotiation systems is analyzed by referring to the negotiation activity process. Through the expansion of the classical Colored Petri Net with the connotation of collaborative negotiation activities, a suit of formalized dynamic modeling methods for WebCBN system based on our BNCPN is put forward.
