General Theory of Microwave Semiconductors and Dielectrics Diagnostics using Ideal Single Mode Resonator Measuring Converters

The principles of development general theory of plane sample interaction with electromagnetic field of resonator measuring converters are developed. Differences of the fundamental measuring information signals RMC with E and H modes at perturbation of the field of the resonator sample are considered. The dependencies fundamental measuring information signals from parameter sample RMC are explored.
