Multi-agent system has been known to provide distributed and collaborate problems solving environment. This paper describes the research and development of Information interactive system based on MAS, and studies the problem of cooperation and evaluation in circumstance of having mutually. A specific model of MAS is proposed. Because of the autonomy and interact of MAS this system can solve many problems which trouble the old system.
