The author first introduces the typical back-propagation ANN's model and the reasons why we used it in this paper. And then, the author states the random fuzzy theory and gives some useful definition and theorem that were used in the next part. In the last part of this paper, the author gives the new structure and the process of BP model on the random fuzzy theory, which is widely used nowadays.
