Summary form only given. The focus of this poster is to explain the fabrication techniques and tooling used to produce long length thin walled liners used in a series of high energy density experiments. The long length thin walled liner is used in spallation experiments and acts as the driver converging onto the target. The combination of very thin wall (3 mm) over the length of (234 mm) caused manufacturing issues, such as concentricity and surface finish. Fixturing, tooling and operational methods controlled the vibrations which affect the accuracy and taper of the finished liner.
