In this paper a fuzzy model is developed to represent a single item continuous inventory control system. The continuous review is implemented through a reorder point and order quantity. The demand and lead time uncertainties are considered simultaneously. The uncertainties are treated with the fuzzy logic theory. The lead-time and the reorder point are described by the linguistic terms. A time step simulation program is realized to test the fuzzy model by comparing its behaviour and performances with a stochastic model operating in the same environment.
