We describe a discrete-process simulation analysis of a production system. This simulation project was undertaken with the goals of identifying the bottleneck of the production system, and improving the performance and optimal designing requirements. The performance measure under different production scenarios is developed to find the optimal combination of product mix and labor rule to meet maximum profits. The results of the simulation model provide the basis for the decision makes to make right decisions under uncertainty.
