The importance of information integration in logistics chains has been widely acknowledged within various sectors. It is recognized by researchers as one of the key factors to achieve highly efficient logistics such as lean construction and effective project delivery. With unique characteristics, the construction industry faces more barriers to achieve an integrated approach. These barriers include amongst other, high fragmentation, long production time for single products/projects, requirement of large amount of materials as well as storage spaces. This paper presents a novel framework of a centralized information system for construction logistics. It involves an integrated approach that uses a fuzzy logic model and considers priorities for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of construction projects with logistic activities and team-members. By identifying the priority (vulnerability) of activities and/or team-members, the framework will potentially improve the efficiency of the logistics chain by implementing risk reduction measures.
