The current supply chain management, logistics modes and the development of logistics information system for the traditional Chinese corporations is analyzed in this paper, and it is indicated that the collaborative logistics based on network is the best way to improve the competence. Then, based on the B/S plus C/S network information technology, a practicable strategy and implementation scheme to develop the logistics information system network is put forward, which establish a double-winning collaborative supply chain management information platform with characteristic of the interactivity and openness.
