In this paper we present an extension of a fuzzy method able to optimize fuzzy rule-based system using genetic algorithms. Our approach is a design and tuning process based on a high fuzzy set adaptability and both rule/fuzzy set learning that allow the algorithm itself the chromosomes rearrangement. Several experiments have been carried out showing promising performance.
