The automated integration of semantic Web service is one of the most promising approaches to building semantic e-business application on condition that business process's strategies or structure is dynamically changed. In this paper we discuss how to describe the semantic of Web service using OWL-S and make a capability matching based on semantic knowledge of both service's advertisements and business definition. We improve the capability matching algorithm by adding some constraints. Specifically we carry out the dynamic integration of Web service for e-business implementation in the circumstance of Web service community (WSC) we proposed.
