Project management is a critical factor in improving enterprise's economic benefits, it is important for enterprise to get its existence and development. In aerial enterprise, project management especially plays an important role for their huge investment and long cycle time of projects. Based on analyses of business process and functional requirements of project management in aerial enterprises, an integrated information system is designed and implemented by using Oracle as database management system (DBMS), and PowerBuiler and ASP as development tools. Some key technologies in the implementation of the integrated project management information system (IPMIS), such as access to long text, drawing of dynamic project Gantt chart, and data transplant in heterogeneous environments are mainly discussed.
