A network storage scheme for mass storage based on bio-grid is proposed in this paper. It is suitable for the applications of bio-grid computation. The scheme has been realized some functions, including management of massive biological data, the data copy and recovery, the data migration and data rank management, data sharing. And it also implements the share of massive data and the cooperation of tasks between the heterogeneous platforms.
