We propose for the first time to our knowledge a compact approach for the parallel generation of multiple-wavelength sub-carrier multiplexed optical label swapping (OLS) channels generation and successful detection based on superimposed fibre Bragg gratings arrays (FBGA). The highly-packed OLS channels are feature a 20 Gb/s payload and 622 Mb/s Label conveyed into a single side band (SSB) sub-carrier at 17 GHz. With these fibre grating devices we simultaneously achieve single side band generation and strong rejection of the optical carrier in the header signal and finally a combination with the 20 Gb/s payload. At the OLS receiver part we employ again the same type of FBGA to separate both the payload and the 622 Mb/s header without significant mutual cross-talk
