Focused on the problem of state estimation in machining process, this paper bring out a hierarchical architecture of multi-sensory system containing level-data fusion and team-decision making. Taking the grinding wheel's cutting process as example, an experiment aimed at the architecture's performance on state monitoring and parameter adjustment is carried out, which obtained favorable results.
