Recently, there are many applications of antenna arrays which optimize characteristic of arrays. This paper describe the synthesis method of fractal geometry with maximize directivity by using genetic algorithms. This method is to combine strategically placed position of element with numerical technique. Successful application shows that the genetic algorithms can be improved directivity of planar fractal array and this method provides more possibilities for the synthesis of other fractal array or another parameter of antenna array
