Amino acids like alanine, arginine, valine histidine and aromatic compound aniline have been introduced in the TGS lattice. Their different configurations stimulated us to study the influence on dielectric and pyroelectric properties. It is observed from the pyroelectric studies that the mixed crystals gave increased pyroelectric coefficient except histidine mixed TGS. Dielectric permittivity values for the mixed crystals are less compared to pure TGS crystals
