The authors measure and compare the electronic transport properties of individual single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and SWNT networks of varying thickness (Skakalova, 2006). Study of electronic transport through an individual metallic SWNT suggests Luttinger liquid mechanism. Arrhenius plot shows that there is no sign of Schottky barrier at the contacts between the SWNT and the metal leads
