The paper researched visual realistic simulation focused on virtual assembly, and proposed a algorithm and theory of normal rectification, according to the feature of virtual assembly: after models are simplified, making use of Phong shading to build lighting-model through modifying and equilibrating normal. It can still make models more real in the status which has little detail and less facets, has been confirmed the usability and efficiency of the algorithms through realization of the system
