Low Cost MMICS for Automotive Radar and Passive Radiometric Imaging Applications

TriQuint has developed power amplifiers, filters, duplexers, switches, phase shifters, and frequency conversion components specifically for systems ranging from RF-frequency cellular handsets, millimeter-wave frequency point-to-point radio transceivers, automotive radar and passive imaging applications.
