Web services play an active role in the business integration. In this paper, we first introduce a proposed conceptual model upon the integration of Web services and agents based on state-of-art technologies, and then analyses the functionality of the corresponding .element as well as their collaborative procedure. Also a comparison with the WSIGS's architectural model is given.
